i've never had any misfortune (knock on wood) with any of the flamed drinks/shots that i've drank or served to other people, so it's all good :-)guess the dude in the clip was just so uncoordinated that (quote "Airplane" movie - maybe he has a drinking problem) he missed his mouth ^_^
